Start Goal: At the end of this unit I want to be able to hold a handstand for a good amount of time and do a somersault on the mini trap.
At the end:
Now it is the end of gymnastics I now able to do a somersault, correctly hold a handstand, do a rollie pollie on the high beam and do a forward dismount on the parallel bars.
When I first started this unit I was excited but also doubtful, I thought I wouldn't be able to learn something new. Now as it is the end I learnt gymnastics could be very challenging and dangerous if you did the wrong technique. I also learnt if you doubt yourself you really can't do it. You have to have an open mindset if you want to learn something new.
