LO: Write 3 Reflections Of Recipes You've Made - Term 1

Friands - Pronounced... Free-ands not Friends. 

(A small cake made from almond meal and typically flavoured with a fruit.)

Friands are mostly made up of Ground Almonds & Egg Whites. One thing that was hard for this recipe was trying to not to over beat the egg whites & making sure that there are no egg yolks in the whites. Other than that these were pretty simple & fast to made and everyone's mixtures turned out good.

Apple Muffins - Pronounced... Ap-ill Muf-ins

(Apple Muffins made of Apples and Autumn Spices)

Our Apple Muffins were mostly made of canned apples at first I thought that it was kind of weird but when I bit into it the apples gave the muffin a good texture.

Pizza Swirls - Pronounced... Piz-za Sw-irls

(Pizza like dough rolled into a square like shape with topping usually on pizzas then rolled into a log and cut into slices)

On a scale from 1 to 10 I think the Pizza Swirls were about a 6 difficulty to make but one thing I would change about this recipe is the amounts of toppings going into the swirls as ours kind of over flowed.
