Are students addicted to their cellphones?

Are students addicted to their cellphones?

If so, is that a problem - Answer in Layer Paragraph

Students are addicted to their phones. This negatively impacts students because being online all the time can develop serious mental health problems like insomnia, anxiety or depression. Social Media is an access to bully anyone without consequence. This means anyone can access your child's social media and say toxic things and it can become very dangerous, if things go unnoticed. If they don’t have a private account anyone can find their page and look at anything your child posts on their social media, this includes, schools, locations and even addresses’. Older people can manipulate/trick young children through their messages. But why are teens attracted to these devices? In an article from Understanding Teenagers they held a survey and found out that nearly half of the teens surveyed answered that their social life would end and be significantly damaged. Surveys also confirm that cell phones give teenagers freedom, entertainment and security. Although cellphones are super convenient and have been a huge advantage in today's world, like everything it comes with disadvantages.
