For a long time our class has been waiting to make sherbet and on Tuesday we finally got to make it. I have made this before we did this when I was a year 4. But I was excited to make it again.
And here is how to make it....
The ingredients you will need are...
1 tsp of tartaric acid
1 tsp of citric acid
1/4 of a cup of powdered or icing sugar
1/2 baking soda
Raro
Method;
In a plastic ziplock bag or bowl add the citric acid, tartaric acid, powdered sugar and baking soda. Mix and add as much raro as you desire. If you feel the sherbert is too bitter add some more aicd, if you feel the mixture is too acidic add more baking soda or baking powder.
