Learning The Keyboard
The first day of school we got told we were now going to be doing Music/Drama. When I found out I was super excited and happy. So on period 4 we walked to the other side of the school into the auditorium and talk about where we'd be for the first 3rd of the term, we got told we would be learning the Keyboard/Piano and I was thrilled because this would be something completely new for me. Our first lesson was the hardest and I found it super hard to learn it as for me being a left handed. I found out that you were supposed to use your right hand and use it in a "crap" position. The second lesson I stuck to learning one song "Rockabye," as I learnt the keys it got easier and easier then it got hard to learn with my right hand. By the last two lessons I finally got the whole notes and position right and I was able to play the song I chose. I enjoyed learning the "beginners" start of the piano quite well and I can't wait till I learn more.

Hey Lorelei! I am so glad you have enjoyed our music skills so much. You certainly have worked hard. I like that you remembered the "crab" position for your hands! Has the guitar been as easy or did you find that harder? ;)
