Tom and Vinicius are the 2 new Rio De Janierio Mascots for 2016. Vinicius and Tom were created my an light ball exploding in the middle of the air they soon become what they are now. They soon are chasing around 2 mysterious blue and yellow orbs as they don´t know Vinicius does not know Tom and Tom does not know Vinicius yet the orbs make them both bump into each other leading them to discover each other and head off to the Olympic games.
